- Deposit 25% from total cost non-refundable.
- Due to the problem unpredictable weather, when you are in our service and abrupt changes in the weather: Rain, fires or a volcano erupting your payment can not be refunded.
- The trip is canceled/stopped by our guide, or porter and they can not afford to continue trip, we will refund you 50%.
- If you decide to go back while the porter or guide you still think it safe to continue the program of trekking, your payment will not be refunded.
